The event will run from the 12th of October and will finish on 31st of October. We will be closed on the 15th, 16th, 22nd, 23rd, 29th.
Gates open at 7:00pm and the last admission on any night will be no later than 9:00pm. The main event, including scare mazes will close at 10:00pm. Our after event bar will open until 10:30pm.
In order to reduce queue times. Each night will be split into 2 times of entry. When you have decided upon which date you would like to attend. You must also choose a time of entry.
You can choose to arrive between 7:00pm - 8:00pm or between 8:00pm - 9:00pm.
You must arrive between the times of your selected time slot. It is recommended that you arrive at the beginning of your time slot.
Important: When you have booked your tickets you will recieve an E-Ticket through to your booking email. The E-Ticket will not gain you access to the event. It must be shown at the box office when you arrive, in exchange for an official event ticket. You can either print your E-Ticket or show it on a smart phone.
BEFORE BOOKING OR ATTENDING, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION LISTED BELOW. BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO THIS EVENT, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING RULES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
You can dress up if you like. However we will not allow any full face masks to be worn at the event.
No running in the mazes at any time. Inside the attraction's you must stay with your group at all times, unless instructed to do otherwise. Do not touch any of the actors or props inside. No mobile phones are allowed to be in hand whilst going through the attractions. Please place them in your pocket/handbag or if not available left at home. No lighting or any other source of light is allowed in the attractions. Once you have entered the maze you must keep moving forward at all times NO TURNING BACK!
If any of the above mentioned rules are broken then we reserve the right to eject any person without refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone. This event is not suitable for children under the age of 12 or those with severe asthma, claustrophobia, are pregnant or have heart or respiratory conditions. Alchohol is strictly forbidden onsite. Any persons caught drinking alchohol on site will have the goods confiscated and may be ejected from the park without refund. Alchoholic drinks may be purchased via our onsite bar only after you have completed all of the attractions. Any persons who are believed to be under the influence of narcotics will be ejected from the park without refund. We will not tolerate any hostile behaviour towards our actors or staff. Any persons found doing so will be immediately ejected from the park without refund and the appropriate authorites may be called. The vast majority of the event is undercover. however some small areas are required to be open air. No smoking is permitted inside the event, this includes the use of electronic cigarrettes. A designated smoking area will be provided. All 4 attractions feature intense scary scenes, pitch darkness, loud sound effects, strobe lighting and smoke effects. Actors may touch you. In the unlikely event that an attraction('s) is forced to close due to unforseen circumstances no refunds will be given. All guests must arrive between their chosen time slot.
